Quería empezar el mes de junio de una forma diferente y lo comencé proponiéndote un reto para ayudarte y recordarte la importancia de fidelizar a tus clientes.

Aunque parezca una tontería decirlo pero.. «El momento de fidelizar es, mientras el cliente es cliente»

Seguro que como cliente te resulta familiar este ejemplo: Pasado el tiempo de permanencia con una compañía telefónica, sin recibir ninguna oferta y quizás con algún problema no resuelto, das el paso de cambiar a otra compañía y es entonces cuando se ponen en contacto contigo para ofrecerte algo mejor, ¡qué casualidad! justo cuando  ya tienes claro que quieres irte. A esta situación no se le puede llamar fidelizar, retener si, pero a costa de qué, de mejorar la oferta de la otra empresa, bajar precio…?

 Fidelizar a través de redes sociales


Fidelizar es mucho más que retener, es no darle la oportunidad al cliente de pensar en tu competencia.

Y es que te guste o no, tienes que saber que tu competencia está justamente a la vuelta de la esquina y por eso tienes que pensar en cómo ser mejor y cómo diferenciarte de ella.

En definitiva, tienes que centrarte en dar VALOR, pero ¿cómo?.. Hay muchas formas y medios para crear valor, y hoy me voy a centrar en cómo hacerlo para fidelizar a través de las redes sociales, y tener una red con seguidores fieles y que te recomienden.

Cómo fidelizar en redes sociales

Partiendo de que cada red social es diferente y que nos ajustamos a cada una de ellas, en tipo de publicaciones, contenido, imágenes, etc. Hay que escuchar, escuchando a nuestros seguidores podremos adaptarnos a ellos y ofrecerles el contenido que necesitan, dando una solución a un problema, resolviendo una necesidad o compartiendo intereses.

A parte de escuchar, habla con ellos, responde rápido y genera un lazo de unión con ellos humanizando tu marca de manera cercana, siendo transparente y generando confianza. Estamos en redes sociales, y lo social es lo que manda.

Dentro de las redes sociales puedes utilizar diferentes herramientas para fidelizar como concursos, descuentos, recompensas aunque  es preferible centrarse en una muy buena atención al cliente, y luego pasar a todo lo demás.

Una excelente atención al cliente fideliza.

Hasta el momento solo hemos hablado de cliente pero un activo muy importante que tiene toda empresa a parte de los clientes son los empleados, mantenlos en el centro como a los clientes para fidelizarlos, e involúcralos dentro de las redes sociales de la empresa.

Un empleado contento vale por 2 clientes felices.

Resumiendo y para terminar, te aconsejo que para una buena fidelización en redes sociales te centres en:

  • Escuchar
  • Adaptar
  • Generar contenido de valor
  • Solucionar un problema
  • Resolver una necesidad
  • Compartir intereses
  • Hablar
  • Responder rápido
  • Humanizar
  • Ser transparente
  • Generar confianza
  • Socialízar
